By accessing or using services provided by Nyota Global Holdings Inc. (\"the Company\"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides corporate consulting, business structure planning, holding company advisory, administrative support, corporate governance support, multi-entity coordination, cross-border business consulting, private client advisory, and asset protection education. Services are delivered through Nyota Global Holdings Inc. and its affiliated operating entity, Forever Young Enterprise LLC.

3. Important Disclaimer

Nyota Global Holdings Inc. provides consulting, education, coordination, and administrative support only. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, banking, trustee, fiduciary, or licensed financial services. Clients should consult licensed attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, or other professionals for regulated advice.

4. Client Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are as published on our website or as agreed in individual service agreements. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. One-time service fees are due at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for one-time services are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Confidentiality

The Company treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of Nyota Global Holdings Inc. Clients receive a limited license to use provided materials for their own business purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
